Refund policy

If Amadeo is not what you hoped, you get your money back.

• Your first Pro payment is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days. No reason needed.
• A renewal you forgot to cancel is refunded if you ask within 14 days of it.
• A score you bought is refunded within 14 days if you have not downloaded it. If you have and something is wrong with it, we correct it or refund it.

To ask, reply to your Paddle receipt or write to [email protected]. Paddle, which processes our payments, returns the money to the way you paid, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this policy gives you at least the 14-day right of withdrawal the law provides.
