Amadeo sells a tool, not songs. Members pay for what the tool does; the music people write down with it is theirs to use as the law allows.
What Amadeo publishes
The repertoire holds only music in the public domain, music written for Amadeo, and arrangements we hold a licence for. Every piece records which of these it is, and a piece without one is never published.
What Amadeo does not hold
The sounds people open and the scores they write stay on their own devices. A shared score travels inside its link and is not stored on any server. Recording a video from YouTube happens in the visitor's browser, for their own study, and nothing is uploaded.
If you hold the rights to a work
If you believe something on Amadeo uses your work without permission, write to [email protected] with the work, where it appears on the site, your contact details, and a statement that you hold the rights or act for whoever does. We answer within five working days and remove anything that infringes.
